TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders placed with the Horse Mad Store web-shop are packed and sent out from our central warehouse within 5 business days after the order is made. Our aim is to send out all orders within 72 hours. Please allow up to 28 days for products that are out of stock. Horse Mad Store holds the right for delays during high season and campaign periods. Horse Mad Store reserves the right to cancel all orders up to the point of delivery. Refunds will be issued in this case, where appropriate. For orders that include embroidery service, processing the order will take 1 - 3 extra days. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. All orders are sent by courier with recorded delivery. delivery addresses must have an occupant for expected delivery dates otherwise extra charges may apply should order have to be resent due to nobody at delivery address.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Horse Mad Store gives you 7 days in which you may return or exchange your item. Please note, however, that Horse Mad Store is unable to provide a refund for any items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way. In addition, no refund or exchanges can be obtained on items that have been ordered with embroidery. You need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving products of damaged items.
EXCHANGE: You may only exchange an item to a different size. You are not allowed to exchange for another colour or product. If Horse Mad Store is unable to provide the size you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or a refund of your money. For exchanges make it clear which size you require. You must cover the cost of return postage. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Horse Mad Store to process your return and send out a replacement.
RETURNS: You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out. You must cover the cost of return postage. It is important to inform us whether you wish your refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account or whether you would like it to be placed as credit on your Horse Mad Store customer account. If you would like the refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account please provide us with your international bank account number IBAN and your bank's SWIFT code. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Horse Mad Store to process your return and refund you accordingly.
To return or exchange your item, pack it carefully to a separate box or padded post envelope and send it together with a completed returns form to the address listed below:

The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve the rights for having minor differences in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding those details (also regarding embroidery orders), we advise you to contact our customer service before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in colors do not justify a claim. Apply common sense.
The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.
To obtain a refund, send your product to Horse Mad Store together with a filled out returns form. It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product, how much you have paid for postage and if you would prefer compensation by a replacement or refund of your money.
You should allow 2-3 weeks for Horse Mad Store to process your return and compensate you accordingly.
Lost return or exchange parcels and unclaimed orders
if embroidery orders are returned unclaimed we cannot re-send out free, there would be an additional postage charge as would any package returned because of us not being able to contact or make delivery. If Horse Mad Store cannot reach you, you will be invoiced for the item and return/administration costs. Item will be disposed. We will require mobile numbers which we will put on packages for drivers to contact should problems arise.
