All orders placed with Horsemadstore web-shop are packed and sent out from our central warehouse within 5 business days after the order is made. Our aim is to send out all orders within 72 hours. Please allow up to 28 days for products that are out of stock.

Horsemadstore holds the right for delays during high season and campaign periods. For orders that include embroidery service, processing the order will take 1 – 3 extra days.

Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. All orders are sent by courier with recorded delivery. Delivery addresses must have an occupant for expected delivery dates otherwise extra charges may apply should order have to be re-sent due to nobody at delivery address.
